Just like the name says, we got honest, up front service and communication. Throughout the entire process, we felt looped in and never felt like we were being pressured or taken advantage of. The employees were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us the parts and repairs we needed in a timely manner. You want to come here!

Fantastic place! Kurt and the others are so helpful and kind. They don't pressure you into doing all of the work your car may need all at once. The nice part is they give you a detailed list of the work needed on your car in priority order if they find additional things. They work with you, give you coupon deals they may have and they provide high quality customer service. If you need a ride or shuttle back home to wait for your car, they will provide the trip to home and back when your car is ready. Im very happy that I was recommended to this auto shop. Thank you guys!

This was my first time coming to Honest-1 Auto Care and I had a great experience! I had an few issues pop up with my car and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional through the entire process of getting my car fixed. I also loved the detailed report about my car that helped me understand what was going on.

I exclusively used Honest 1 because they previously worked well with my warranty company. I provided them the warranty and coverage details and I was told it was a covered repair and the payment would be the deductible. After dropping the car off I was quoted hundreds of dollars in excess of coverage for simple repairs. At first I thought it was the warranty company trying to avoid paying. I later found out the reason was the shop now charges $244.15/hr on labor. I immediately called around and every other local shop (with great reviews) is at $190/hr which so happens to be Minnesotas median labor rate. For reference, the warranty company covers up to $195/hr in labor and will pay up to MSRP (which includes markups) on any parts. Three TPMS sensors installed were quoted in excess of $700 + $75 in shop fees. Every place I called was less than $100/sensor. They attempted to justify their pricing, but 30% extra for every labor hour plus the crazy markup on parts and fees just isn’t very honest. I took my car to another local shop who was shocked at the insane markup and dishonesty. Prior to any any warranty coverage the subtotal was 40% cheaper and was left with a completely covered r

I had a great experience with Dominik. He went above and beyond to help fix my 2010 Honda Accord. I honestly don't think my car would have been fixed at any other auto shop. Dominik did some crazy detective work to figure out my cars issue. Thanks Dominik!
